Muirfield

The Enclave and Muirfield are two of the premier gated communities within East Lake Woodlands.  Both neighborhoods feature private gates strictly for the use of its residents.  The areas are well established with lush landscaping at the entrance and through out the communities.

Aberdeen

The Preserve

Aberdeen and the Preserve of East Lake Woodlands are two more premier gated communities.  The Aberdeen subdivision has well established greenery along with the Preserve.  The communities were developed in the late 1980’s up to early 2000. 

The Preserve is a smaller neighborhood that has one private street providing the security you desire.  You’ll enjoy the location of the Preserve as many of the properties sit on lake and golf frontage lots.  The floor plans of these homes range in size from 3600 to over 4400 sq ft of comfortable living.  Many of these unique properties come with gourmet kitchens, large master baths, huge master suites, pools and screened enclosures.

As for Aberdeen,this neighborhood enjoys a well maintained entrance with beautiful brick pavers.  To keep the look uniform, all mail boxes and street lights are upgraded and matching.  The residents also love the lot sizes that Aberdeen has to offer with most ranging in size from ¼ acre to just or ½ acre.  Many of the homes in Aberdeen also boast their conservation, golf, and lake views.  Aberdeen homes can range from 2700 to over 4800 sq ft.  The homes feature spacious floor plans and most with modern upgrades.

Isleworth

Two other gated communities to consider in East Lake Woodlands are Deerpath and Isleworth.  These neighborhoods provide the security you deserve, but differ in size considerably.  The Deerpath residents enjoy a large community with many homes sitting on conservation lots.  While Isleworth residents live in a quaint 4-5 home close knit community.  Available homes for sale in Isleworth are usually low in quantity.

Deerpath home sites range in size from ½ acre to almost 1.5 acres.  The neighborhood was established in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.  This makes the Deerpath community one of the unique areas of East Lake Woodlands with its beautiful palms and old oak trees.  The floor plans are spacious and range from 2900 – 5900 sq ft.  Many of the homes come with screened in pool areas, large master bedrooms, and open living areas.

Isleworth is a small community consisting of just 4-5 homes, but the gated entrance is grand!  Built in the late 1990’s to early 2000 the neighborhood is one of the newer areas of East lake Woodlands to consider.  The homes are spacious with around 3500 to 4000 sq ft with exquisite tile roofs.

These neighborhoods are a must see when considering a purchase in East lake Woodlands.  You can also enjoy the many amenities of the private club located just a few minutes away.  The club has Fine Dining, Golf, and Tennis!
